Saturday night\u2019s shenanigans in Livi, involved me dancing on to find a right blokey guy in a \u2018rugby toap\u2019 in the front who I thought was called Peter Vardy cos it said that on the front! \ud83d\ude02 He turned out to be called Billy and he was an extremely good sport, which more or less makes him \u2018Sport Billy!\u2019 Sport Billy came from a place in Livingston which is genuinely called \u2018Craigshill\u2019 – now I should get that put on a rugby top!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Billy was with his wife who had a brilliant voice that could wake up the dead! And her pal next to her had one of those laughs you cannot miss in an audience! \ud83d\ude02\ud83d\udc4f One of my favourite moments was, when I asked Billy to hold my microphone for a second while I took my jacket off, and he ended up leading the whole audience in a big singalong! \ud83c\udfb6\ud83d\ude02<\/p>\n\n\n\n
And we almost had a boyband in the front – five guys in their 20s, one of which said his mum had bought them tickets for Christmas to come see me and she obviously made sure she got them tickets for the front row! \ud83d\ude02<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We had the beautifully voiced English lady Sarah from Deer Park who sounded like she was walking on air, which was quite appropriate because her husband was a pilot! There was the girl who was super excited to tell us her daughter was called Verity, the wummin\u2019 who\u2019d moved down fae Forfar, a gentle looking lady in a lemon cardigan that Doris Day would\u2019ve been proud of, the guy who was keen to tell us that he came from Leeds and finally, the woman who \u2018outed\u2019 her gay male pal who decided to stay in the closet despite her insistence! Such a fun crowd in such a lovely venue, finished off by getting one of the boyband up on stage for a dance off and he totally did not need any rehearsals! \ud83d\udc4f<\/p>\n\n\n\n
